Terms & conditions
These terms and conditions govern the use of shiftwisefr.com and the provision of services by Shiftwisefr SAS. Any use of the site implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.
1. Site publisher
Shiftwisefr SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with share capital of €25,000, registered with the Paris Trade & Companies Register under number 920 485 173, SIRET 920 485 173 00019, EU VAT FR45 920 485 173, head office: 12 rue de la Pépinière, 75008 Paris. Publication director: Ms Éléonore Dubois-Charron.
2. Host
The site is hosted by OVHcloud SAS, 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix — https://www.ovhcloud.com.
3. Purpose of the services
Shiftwisefr provides consulting, audit and administrative support services for households and small and medium-sized businesses: eligibility checks for public aid, grant file preparation, and representation before the administrations.
4. Fees and terms
The initial audit is free. Further services are subject to a personalised quote, signed electronically before execution. Payments are made by SEPA transfer or bank card via our partner Stripe, in accordance with the PSD2 directive.
5. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, consumers have 14 calendar days from the signature of the quote to cancel the service without giving a reason, by email to contact@shiftwisefr.com.
6. Intellectual property
The trademarks, logos, editorial content, photographs and graphic elements published on the site are the exclusive property of Shiftwisefr SAS or are used under licence. Any reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
7. Liability
Shiftwisefr has a best-efforts obligation. We cannot be held liable for decisions made by French or European administrations, nor for any regulatory changes occurring after the file is submitted.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or performance falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Paris, notwithstanding multiple defendants or third-party claims.
